THE THANG: In a twist, the thang did not start with rocks but the first guest appearance by the girl everybody loves: Dora!!!

After completion, we selected challenging rocks and engaged in additional upper body work. Rep counts were varied to challenge PAX to push past the expectation of finishing on a round number. After completing a set, we stepped to the right and used someone else's rock for that evolution.
- Coal diggers – like grave diggers but on knees alternating sides reflecting early coal mine work

We ran back towards the circle, pausing for the last bit of fun with a new exercise, the Jack of Spades. The Jack is a standard merkin performed in cadence with a simultaneous plank jack on the way down (1,2), then another on the way up (3, count). After 10 of those, we proceeded to the circle for Mary
