WARMUP: Going Once admirably declared, our mission, values, and disclaimer while YHC rolled in at 7:01. Despite this poor start, YHC took the pax through normal warmup routine.
THE THANG: grabbed gear and mosey to fresco and field for a rotation of stations and paired up. The stations include:
1) firehose run and drag 100 yards and back while partner runs and then switch
2) farmer’s carry 100 yards and back while partner runs and then switch
3) rifle carry a log with partner 100 yards and back
4) farmer’s carry 100 yards and back while partner runs and then switch
5) jump rope while partner runs and the switch.
6) log flip 100 yards and back while partner runs and then switch.
7) jump rope while partner runs and the switch.
Time keeper done by odd man out who runs the lap around then tags someone and take their place with their partner and everyone shifts down to the next station until new odd person completes their lap. Continued this so everyone had a chance at a station and most people ran a lap.
Last 20 minutes was ultimate F3risbee with every drop recognized by 1 merkin.
