19 PAX pushed themselves through 45 minutes of IronPax Week 4 – Crayola’s Masterpiece
WARMUP: OYO
THE THANG:
Start at the 50 and move out to the 40s on each side of the 50, then the 30s, and so on. It’s a lot easier to understand in person.
50 – 10 Thrusters each time on the way out
40s – 10 Blockheads to Knees
30s – 10 Blockees
20s – 10 Curl-Press-Overhead Squats
10s – 10 WWIIIs
Goal – 10 Kraken Burpees
A Kraken Burpee is a Burpee with 3 Hand Release Merkins at the bottom.
Between the 40s, you Murder Bunny on the way out and Redrum Bunny on the way back. Outside of the 40s, you can carry your coupon however you like.
After one whole rotation, you’ll have done 150 reps, 100 yards of Murder Bunnies, and 100 yards of Redrum Bunnies.
Your score is your total number of reps in 45 minutes. See below for a cheat sheet.
Green Thumb (Ray Perry) led the way with 280 reps, with Rio (Andrew DiGiovanni) close behind with 270.
That’s still a far cry from the 52-year-old liar…I mean HIM from St. Louis who “completed” 770 reps.
