WARMUP: new introduction to curb style warm up with emphasis on slow holds.
THE THANG: travel to even ground and all KB placed in large circle around speaker.
Travel was called and group moved around circle until music stopped. Exercises and reps called out to be completed.
Movements for strength, balance, and agility included. Fun was had by all.
