Walking Lunges: 10 each leg
Hand-release pushups: Stop 3 reps short of failure
Swings – 20 reps
Bird dog: 10 reps each side
Hamstring Walks: 5 reps
Did this in order as many times as possible in 15 minutes.
PAX mosey quickly for a few laps followed by the next set of movements for the next 15 minutes:
Goblet squat: 10 reps
Overhead press: 8 reps
Bent over row: 10 reps
Mountain Climbers: 10 each leg
Single-leg Romanian deadlift: 5 reps each leg
MARY: Pax circled up on right side plank and Pax counted around one through 60 and then switched to the left side plank and did similar count.
