WARMUP: a little mosey with warmup motions, 22 SSH, HB, GM, sir Fazio’s/willy May Hayes, downward dog, runner’s stretch, deep squat and slow rise
THE THANG: mosey to rock pile and select rock for the Jack Reacher routine of 15 curls, 15 tricep extensions, 15 upright rows and repeat the set 4 times.
Mosey to hammock park to introduce the ascending workout of compound interest. We start at park for 3 pull-ups then run to stop sign and back to do 3 more pull-ups then 6 burpees. We continue this pattern and every time we run back we start back at 3 and add a a new set until we get to 192 reps. If finish and there is time we work our way down the ladder.
The sets include: 3 pull-ups, 6 burpees, 12 Smurf jacks, 24 muricans, 48 squats, 96 flutter kicks, 192 raise the roofs.
Everyone finish ascending nobody finished the first descending set.
