WARMUP: Following a brief warm-up, PAX traveled over to the pre-assembled pain stations.
THE THANG: There were 8 stations set-up. PAX were instructed to locate a station. The TABATA timer was set for 1:30, with 20s for rest/travel. We completed one round of every station and then went for a mosey lap and did one more round until time was up.
