WARMUP:
THE THANG: Trashmore Tibata Workout.
At the bottom of Trashmore we started out Tibata workout. We would do 3 minute workout with 3 different exercises followed by 5 burpees and then repeated until time is up.

  1. 1st round we did 15 Merkins, 15 Outlaws, 15 Squats and 5 Burpees for 3 minutes. We then moseyed halfway of Trashmore.
  2. 2nd round we did 15 mtn climbers (L/R), 15 American Hammers (L/R), 15 Lunges(L/R), 5 burpees for 3 minutes. Mosey to the top of Trashmore.
  3. 3rd round we did 15 diamond merkins, 15 LBC’s (4 count), 15 SSH’s (4 count), 5 burpees for 3 minutes. Mosey down halfway.
  4. 4th round we did 15 shoulder taps (L/R), 15 zombie crunches each side, 15 lt. Dan’s, and 5 burpees for 3 minutes. Mosey to bottom.
  5. 5th round we did 15 Derkins, 15 box cutters, 15 star jumpers, and 5 burpees for 3 minutes. We then moseyed to the soccer field.


That Thang 2: we finished with 2 200 yard runs.

  1. Mosey 50 yards and do 20 squat jumps, then AYG for 50 yds and then 15 more squat jumps, then mosey 50 yds and do 10 squat jumps, AYG for the final 50 and do 5 squat jumps.
  2. Mosey 50 yards and do 20 flutter kicks (L/R), then AYG for 50 yds and then 15 more flutter kicks (L/R), , then mosey 50 yds and do 10 flutter kicks (L/R), AYG for the final 50 and do 5 flutter kicks (L/R).


We moseyed back to the flag.
