Following a brief warm-up, we grabbed a 25lb kettlebell and traveled with it to the picnic shelter. We formed a single-file line and had the KB travel from back to front.

Once at the picnic shelter, we need shrugs, dips, urkins and low-slow flutters. We did sets of 15, 10 and 5 and made our way to the Sanford Creek soccer field.

The Thang: Mosey to grab coupons and head back to the field.
After pairing up, the PAX knock out the following exercises Dora style and then do the burpees together.
Exercise: 100 x walking lunges
10 x burpees
Exercise: 90 x Cinderblock curls
9 x burpees
Exercise: 80 x BB sit ups
8 x burpees
Exercise: 70 x Mountain climbers (IC)
7 x burpees
Exercise: 60 x Cinderblock press
6 x burpees
Unfortunately we weren’t able to complete the last set, because we had to run back to the flag. Sure that all PAX would agree that was enough.

Once back at the flag, we ended up with a few minutes for Mary.
