Good discussion around the need for language to encourage inclusion.

Some people will feel discouraged when they don’t understand. We can be encouraging when we help the “FNG” to understand what we are doing. Having the Q assign someone to partner with an FNG may be a good way to improve comfortably.

Language continues to evolve with society. “Kids these days” is a term that has been used for decades, if not centuries. It is important for us as leaders to evolve so the message is heard as intended.
