That Thang: Equilateral Triangle Workout
We had 3 cones set up in a triangle formation 60 yards apart. The interior angles of this triangle each measure 60 degrees, so we did a total of 60 reps of each exercise. We did 20 reps at each cone, and would then run/mosey to the next cone, and then one more time. The 10 exercises were as follows:

  1. Merkins
  2. Star Jumps
  3. Outlaws
  4. Hand Release Merkins
  5. LT Dans
  6. LBC’s
  7. Chuck Norris Merkins
  8. Squat Jumps
  9. Box Cutters
  10. Wide Arm Merkins 20 at one cone, 1 leg squats 10 of each leg at next cone, and 20 WW 1’s at the last cone.

If you finished early start over until everyone was finished.
