That Thang: Equilateral Triangle Workout
We had 3 cones set up in a triangle formation 60 yards apart. The interior angles of this triangle each measure 60 degrees, so we did a total of 60 reps of each exercise. We did 20 reps at each cone, and would then run/mosey to the next cone, and then one more time. The 10 exercises were as follows:
- Merkins
- Star Jumps
- Outlaws
- Hand Release Merkins
- LT Dans
- LBC’s
- Chuck Norris Merkins
- Squat Jumps
- Box Cutters
- Wide Arm Merkins 20 at one cone, 1 leg squats 10 of each leg at next cone, and 20 WW 1’s at the last cone.
If you finished early start over until everyone was finished.
