Mosey around the long way to monkey bars for morning call pull-ups descending from 10 by 2 with squats.
Circle up with 4 skateboards and 2 without for our sets. Wide grip muricans 5 reps per a board, staggered squats, 10 reps from this point on with jack knives, narrow grip muricans, reverse lunges, Homer to Marge’s, staggered muricans. Time Up.
