Following a warm-up, the PAX ventured from underneath the shelter to find it had quit raining.

Thang 1:
The PAX each lined-up at top of parking lot stripe and painted the lines with their kettlebells. We did 10 Kettlebell High Pulls at each line (down from the originally called 20). The total numbered a lot. We traveled to the end of the parking lot and the travel back was a repeat except we did 10 Goblet Squats at each line.

Thang 2:
The PAX partnered up for a DORA. The travel was a lunge/kettlebell pass through. The other partner started 100 KB Swings, 100 Figure 8s, and 100 Heavy WWII.

Mary:
We had just enough time to do the KB Krunch and a few Deadbugs.

Praying for rest, healing and resolution for family strife.
