The Deacon is the annual CSAUP for the F3 NE Wake Region. Started in 2020, in Wake Forest, the SLT tried to include as many of our AOs as possible, ranging between 8-10 miles of rolling hills, hitting between 5-6 different workouts during the route. In 2021, we began and ended at Mt. Thrashmore in Abbott’s Creek and in 2022, The Deacon took us to the Knightdale area and added a Ruck option. The hilly terrain of the NE Wake area, will provide the HIM (High Impact Man) an amazing opportunity to work through a physically challenging event in fellowship with other men. In addition to the regular run/bootcamp type workout, a Ruck option is available and remember, no man left behind!
This years route begins at Abbott’s Creek Community Center (Bandwidth).
